Inflatable Obstacle Courses For Rent

33 foot Obstacle CourseAt DinoJump.com, we have 2 types of obstacle courses. Kids love our 33 foot long and 40 foot long obstacle course and parents love to rent them.

The 33 Foot Long Obstacle Course

The first one is 33 feet long and has a slide in the middle of the obstacle course. The kids line up 2 at a time and have a lot of fun! It has a slide in the middle of the obstacle course. The kids line up 2 at a time and have races through the obstacle course. This is generally for kids from 3 to 12 years of age. The color is blue, purple, red, green, and yellow. It’s very popular at backyard birthday parties, School events, Church’s, Daycares, Family Reunions, and Corporate events. The dimensions are 33 feet long, 9 feet tall, 16 feet wide with the tail attached to the blower. The recommended amount of kids is 2 at a time.

The 40 foot Foot Long Obstacle Course

40 Foot Obstacle CourseWe also have a 40 foot obstacle course that has a slide at the end of the unit. The kids also would line up 2 at a time and have races through the unit. This has a taller slide and tends to attract teenagers, so the recommended age is 3 to 18 years of age. The color is blue, red, and yellow. The dimensions are 40 feet long, 17 feet wide with the tail attached to the blower and 13 feet tall.

The obstacle courses are usually set up on grass and is staked down so it is secure. On the 40 foot obstacle course there are ropes to secure the top of the unit because it is a taller slide. The obstacle courses can also be set up on concrete. Each corner would require a sand bag for stability. The 33 foot obstacle course would require a 10 foot x 40-foot long tarp when it is set up on concrete and the 40 foot obstacle course would require a 20 x 30 tarp along with a 16 x 20 tarp. It is recommended not to set up the units if the wind exceeds 30 miles per hour. We have 3 hour, 5 hour and all day rentals ( 8 Hours ) unless the customer requests more time for the obstacle courses.

Sometimes we get requests for parks and in those cases, a generator is required. Most of the time I rent them out but sometimes customers have their own generator and it would have to be 2,500 watt minimum. Otherwise, if it is less than that it would shut the generator off due to lack of power. I do mention to the customer if they are bringing their own generator that they also start up before they bring to the park. Sometimes customers will borrow from a friend and they wait for the day of the party to start it and sometimes presents a problem.

These inflatable slip and slide rentals are great for:

  • Kids parties
  • Birthday parties
  • Church events and parties
  • Family Reunions
  • Day Care Centers and Daycares
  • Corporate Events

Parks usually require a certificate of insurance with a minimum of 1 million dollar insurance policy. I have a 1 million policy with a 2 million aggregate per occurrence. It takes about 20-30 minutes to set up the unit depending on how far power is from the unit. It takes about 30 minutes to take down the unit.

If it rains it can be used in a light rain but it does not have a top so it is limited. When and if the rain stops with the blower running and with a few towels the unit is dry in about 15 minutes. If it is raining hard just turn the blower off.

We also have a 40 foot double lane slip and slide with a splash pool at the end of the unit. The slip and slides are usually set up on grass and is staked down to secure the unit. The slip and slides can also be set up on concrete. Sand bags are needed to hold the unit down. The pool area does help keep the unit in place with the weight of the water. There is a 10 foot wide and 40 foot long tarp that goes under the unit. We do not recommend setting up the unit if the winds exceed 30 miles an hour. There is a 3 hour, 5 hour or all day rental ( 8 hours ) sometimes at the customers request they can keep it longer for the all day rentals.

If there is an event at a park a generator would be required if there is no power. We rent out generators or if the customer knows someone with a generator just to make sure it is at least 2,500 watt minimum. If it is less than 2,500 watts it most likely will not be able to power up the unit.

Sometimes parks require certificate of insurance with a minimum of a 1 million dollar insurance policy. I have insurance with 1 million dollar insurance per occurrence and 2 million aggregate. It takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to set up because you have to fill the pool and it depends on water pressure. It usually takes 30 – 45 minutes to take down.

It can be used in the rain unless there is lightning then it is best to take cover to ensure safety. If it rains hard or gets extremely windy it is recommended to turn off the blower and wait for the rain to stop. However the pool area would need to be refilled with water. The units are cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental.

Some of the areas we service are Calumet city, Chicago Heights, Chicago Ridge, and Clarendon Hills.
